Certification

In 2014 we received our first organic certification through BCS Öko-Garantie, a German organic certification company. We recently had our farming protocol registered and approved by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) and the protocol is audited by SAMIC (The South African Meat Industry Company). This ensures our animals are humanely raised and they are 100% grass-fed, organic beef, mutton and pasture raised pork.
